Hi

Welcome to the Human Offal page, which examines a number of issues relating to the potential of allowing market based transactions to take place with blood products and human organs for legitimate medical purposes.

At present, I have the basic document available for viewing, although I hope to change the whole set up by the end of the year from an MS Frontpage structure to the better Dreamweaver version (depending on my available time). In the meantime, feel free to enter by clicking below:

Why choose "Human Offal" as the page name for so serious a topic? In part, my slightly dark sense of humour drove me to wonder how items so valuable and precious as small parts of the human body could be treated in such a wasteful manner by society. If we take the time to think about it, even cow tripe, chicken blood and pig intestines seem to have a greater social value than do human corneas and hearts at the best of times. Odd!!
