Your rate quote is subject to verification of all the information provided during our underwriting process. At the end of the underwriting your rate and/or points may change.
If you apply for a loan on the day of the rate quote, you can lock in the quoted rate subject to the terms above. Your rate lock will prevent financial market swings from affecting your interest rate for a lock-in period. This lock-in period should be long enough to allow the property to be appraised and loan to be underwritten, typically 30 days.
