Welcome to a great year at HRMS! I could not be happier about having a new group of students! We have lots of fun activities planned, as well as exciting trips, to look forward to. In science, we are completing our study of the 50 most common science prefixes and suffixes. We are also learning a great deal about the types of water available to drink and if bottled water is truly worth the $. We have performed serial dilutions and will be studying parts per million (ppm) in the next couple of weeks. Work on your picture of sensory thresholds as you focus on your strongest and weakest thresholds.
On a different note, please consider participating in Service Learning Club by helping Liberty Team feed the homeless on October 19th! It will be an unforgettable experience for you as well as for those you help! |
