Jason B. Lewis |
Another product of the Central Valley, Jason came to the House after an interesting experience in the dorms! The eldest of two boys, Jason transferred to UCLA via Modesto Junior College in Fall of 1997. Being connected to his ancestory (he is half Native American, half Caucasian), Jason became involved in AISA and RAIN -- two student run groups on the UCLA Campus. Between all of this, Jason was also involved in the UCLA Marching Band (first as a Trombonist and then as Drum Major) as well as KKPSi (first as a member, then as Vice-President, and finally President). Upon graduation from UCLA in the Spring of 2000, Jason was hired as a coordinator for Native American retention in the high schools of Los Angeles through RAIN.
