The house was built in the fourteenth century as villa for an influent family of Florence. At the beginning of nineteenth century it was transformed in farm house and four arches was built on the south side. The apartment is located on the third floor. It is composed of a large and one medium size bedroom, a large living room, a kitchen and a terrace with a breathtaking view on the valley of Florence. When the visibility is good is possible to see as far as 100km in direction of Pistoia and Apuane Mountains. The house is located at the top of a hill in the middle of country side, in the outskirts of Florence surrounded by olive trees and vineyard, the typical Toscana landscape. Downtown Florence is 10 kilometers from the house and can be reached within 20 minutes by car or by bus. The closest bus stop is 20 minutes by walk or few minutes by car. Siena and San Gimignano are less then one hour by car.
