Below I will add stories of healing that people have shared with me. Please feel free to send your story to me to be shared with others on this website.
Greetings! I had a wonderful experience recently and felt compelled
to share it with others in the Reiki community. Although I am no

I was driving along a highway, and saw a damaged car off to the side
of the road. The occupants were on the grass looking at what appeared
to be a body! It was a deer. The driver was at the head of the deer
crying hysterically that she had killed an innocent animal!
After seeing
that the bystanders were all physically okay, I went over to see this
dead deer. I saw her chest rise and fall...she was still alive! My
heart
was racing!
Without thinking, I dropped to my knees, placed my hands
on her, and started the flow of Reiki. Incredibly, I felt pain in her
midsection and legs. She opened her eyes and struggled with all her
might to get up, but could not. I was astounded when I felt her relax
and just accepted the strength of the Source. I couldn't believe this
was
happening!
An officer and ambulance arrived and found me kneeling by this poor
deer, hands on, with my eyes closed. Having been asked by the officer
what I was doing, I hesitated explaining that I was doing Reiki. After
all,
there are those who think it is something out of the Twilight Zone! I
just
replied with a grin that I had a feeling that she would be okay, she just
needed some time to rest. I got the rolling eyes anyway
The ambulance driver came over next and asked excitedly if I was
doing Reiki. With my positive reply he asked if he could sit down and
join me! Are you kidding?? Of course!! So there we were, two Reiki
practitioners, giving Unconditional Love to this injured deer while
traffic
obliviously whizzed by. We joyously laughed at this amazing event!
Soon the energy became very intense and then it happened. The deer
gave a swift kick, leapt to her feet, and stood there looking at me. She
looked deeply into my eyes, fluttered hers a few times, and took off
in leaps and bounds into the trees!! Wow! My counterpart looked at
me in disbelief and asked "What just happened here??" I jubilantly
replied that we just helped this Being in need, and wasn't it wonderful
that we could!!
The woman who had hit the deer looked over just in time to see the
deer take off. She raced over to me, hugged the stuffing out of me,
told me she loved me (!!), and squealed "Thank You!! You're a Miracle
Worker!!" After all, she thought the deer was dead at one time.
I laughed, and explained to her that we did Reiki and what it was all
about. Knowing that she could use it herself, I asked if she would like
a treatment too. She hesitantly accepted. No more than 5 minutes
after I started working on her, she fell into dreamland! This totally
hysterical woman was now asleep! None of us could believe the
transition! I felt bad I had to wake her up when the tow truck
arrived....
she felt so peaceful. She hugged me lovingly this time, and said she'd
never, ever, forget what happened.
As everyone left the scene, I calmly sat in my car to ponder the
adventure that had taken place. I felt drawn to look at where the
beautiful doe ran off to. She appeared at the edge of the trees,
silently
staring at me. I knew what she was saying to me. I rolled down my
window and yelled out "You're welcome! Now go home!" With that,
she pranced off into the trees again! And I drove away with much love
and joy in my heart...

Roger is one of my students. This particular day was
his first degree Reiki class. We decided to have the class
in a cow pasture where 40 cows lived. Roger rented a home
there and sort of watched over the cattle....it is a
beautiful place.....it was a beautiful "Florida
summer" day!!
Roger's girlfriend and their room mate are
both vet students...their house is a zoo! A home for wayward animals. They have 6 cats...(all gorgeous creatures!); 5 dogs (one which fell out of the back of a truck...and is spastic!!); two snakes ( a ball python and a burmese python); a tarantula; two water lizards (iguanas); a goldfish and a huge black iguana that looks like a prehistoric reptile! And of course, the 40 odd cows and an occasional spider, pygmy rattlesnake and whatever else comes into the yard. oh yeah, their room mate has a 4 year old boy who told me he was 25 when I asked him how old he was. He had a Star Wars light sabre. I asked him where he got it and he said "my Jesus gave it to me!" Littlesmartelic!! Ball of energy...can't sit still....cute though...for a kid.
Roger and I did the four attunements out in the middle of the 40 acres, with 40 odd cows watching us...curious critters....cow patties everywhere!!! During the final attunement, in the middle of a light drizzle with thunderbeings singing, a deer came into the pasture. Right in the middle of the afternoon...came within 10 feet of us! I was certain that it was going to come closer! About that time, the dog that fell out of the truck, ( whose name is TOAST, because when the vet saw his condition after his "accident", he said..."this dog is toast!") chased the deer out of sight...but wow! A deer...in the middle of the day...10 feet away! She seemed to be curious about the Reiki attunements. I was so
thrilled! I had never been so close to one in the wild. She was so incredibly beautiful!
The attunements were wonderful...the day was beautiful...the place was very peaceful...at least, out in the pasture, alone with Roger and the cows....
THEN IT HAPPENED!
Roger noticed that one of the pregnant cows had gone
into labour...He said "COOL! she's gonna have her calf today!" We decided to name it Roger, since the day was a spiritual birthing of sorts for him also.
So, we sat in the grass and proceeded to watch Mother Nature take her course. After a while, we realized that the cow was having problems delivering. It's a long,long tale. On into the late evening, the four of us trying to deliver this calf, tying ropes to the calf's hind feet (it was a breach birth)....trying to pull it out, with no luck! Roger and I gave the cow Reiki for several hours...she was enormous!! She tried to help us....she was exhausted but she would look at me as I administered Reiki. I had never been that close to a cow before in my life! I could tell that she understood that I was there
to help her and the Reiki did seem to calm her down quite a bit. As for Roger, well, he had just received his four attunements and his first Reiki experience was giving Reiki to a cow!!
We eventually found a university dairy science professor who was willing to come over and try to help. He was baffled by it all. It seems the calf had been dead for two or three days and was quite swollen. He couldn't feel it's head, or it's tail. His prognosis was not very optimistic. Finally, he got an old vet doctor to come over with a pick-up truck and a cow jack...a "COW JACK!!" WHAT!!!! At that point, I had to go back to the house. I had had enough for one day! All the other cows were
forming a circle around the activity.... moving in closer
and closer. They looked like they might BITE!! The vet said that they are fairly stupid animals and just curious.
I knew better!!
Well, the doctors and the two vet students did finally deliver the dead calf. The doctor was surprised that the mother had survived it all. She got up and walked away...very tired and thirsty. At one point, she stopped and turned around to look at us as if to say "Thank you...I think." The vet gave Roger some antibiotics for her and said he thought she would be fine. She was traumatised but relieved, to say the least! From what I hear, she did fine with no other complications...at least not physical ones!
The old vet said she would have surely died had we not been there. Whether Reiki saved her life, I will never know but she somehow seemed to be grateful for it.
All in all, it was a wonderful day....a wonderful experience. One just never knows where, when, or how they will be called to service!!
By that time, the sun had gone down. We were all exhausted and sunburned.
Roger gave me a snake skin from his burmese python...and a huge cow horn from the pasture....and lots of warm Reiki hugs! He also cracked my back for me and massaged my shoulders with
those incredible hands of his....now even more healing with the power of Reiki in them.
It was a wonderful energy exchange!
We watched the Simpsons that evening on tv and had pizza for dinner....with the 25/4 yr. old sitting in my tired lap. Along with the 6 cats, 5 dogs, two snakes and other creatures.
Later that evening, the lightning bugs lit the path back to Roger's car and he drove me home down this winding dirt road....so close to town, yet seemingly so distant and far away.
I slept like a baby that night...Angels all around!!
