Featured Recipe: Chololate Chip Peanut Butter Cookies 1/2 C crunchy Peanut Butter 3/4 C vegetable shortening 1/2 C brown sugar (packed) 1/2 C granulated sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla 1 1/4 C all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1 package chocolate morsels * Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Measure all ingredients except for morsels and beat together until completely combined. Drop onto Rectangular or Round stone 2" apart. Bake 10-15 minutes. |
