Here is where you can buy all the structures and facilities you will need to start your own stable. Remember, you must have enough land for everything you build. If you build something without having enough land for it there is a $1 000 fine.

| Tie Stall | Not quite as big as a box stall, your horse is tied in it by a halter and is unable to turn-around. Still, it is warm and better than being left out in the cold | $70 | 20 tie stalls can fit on 1 acre |
| Arena | When you build one of these, the training points of your horses increases (secret stats-doesn't show on training page) | $2000 | 1 acre |
| Isolation Pen | Used when you buy a horse to protect your horses from any disease the new one may have. Also used when a horse is sick, to protect pregnant mares, and for horses with back shoes. | $100 | 5 can fit on one acre |
| Show Ground | Allows you to hold your own shows (but I still judge) | $5000 | 2 acres |
| Race Track | Allows you to hold races (but I still judge) | $8 000 | 3 acres |
