| Redrum. What more can be said about this film that needs no introduction than redrum and classic. The Shining, losely based on the amazing Stephen King novel of the same name. Very different from the book but still an incredible horror movie, if you haven't read the book I highly recommend reading it. The Shining is possibly one of the creepiest movies I've seen and it's defintly one of my favorites. In case you don't know The Shining is about a family, Jack (Nicholson), Wendy (Duvall) and Danny Torrance who move to the mountians in Colorado for the winter so Jack can be the cartaker at the historic Overlook Hotel, where they will be snowbound for the winter. Only one problem, the Overlook is haunted, Danny's a shining psychic and the alcholic Jack sinks deeper and deeper into insantiy each day. Leading to REDRUM.
