Welcome one and all to the Ryouga & Ukyou Chronicles Page! This is my first fanfiction. It takes place shortly after Ranma and Akane are finally married (aka Part 38 in the manga series). At its core, it's a love story between Ukyou and Ryouga. Some parts are funny, some are very emotional and serious (well, in my opinion). Beware, I am a BIG supporter of the group of Ranma fans who (rightly) complain that Ukyou and Ryouga would make a good couple, instead of being dumped off on cheesy characters (Akari? Konatsu?).

Anyway, back to what I was saying. Just because I think they should be a couple doesn't mean that Ukyou and Ryouga just fall all over each other in the first five sentences screaming "Yes! I love you! I always have! Marry me! Our children shall grow strong on the cries of those that would deny our affections! Mwahahahahah!!!". Nay, this is intended to be a very long series. Lots of characters, both from the actual manga and some self-created. Well, actually there are quite a few self-created ones. I believe Freudian psychologists call it "Takahashi Envy Disorder"... Oh well. Give it a try and let me know what you think.

Volume One

Chapter One
Ranma and Akane are married, and now Ryouga and Ukyou must come to terms with themselves and what this major change will do to their lives. They make some tough choices, ones that not everyone's happy with.

Chapter Two
Ukyou and Ryouga are on the road, and they begin to discover more about each other than they expected. Plus, they encounter a mysterious man from China who has an offer they can't refuse. And believe me, they try.

Chapter Three
The Martial Arts Couples Tournament is on, and Ryouga and Ukyou are cleaning up. Of course, they'll still have to contend with the mysterious champions...Plus, they find two unusual "allies" in the personas of a shrewd businessman and his womanizer friend!

Chapter Four
The fight with the Martial Arts Grand Champions rages on, and moneygrubbing Hiroshi will do anything to sabotage the match. Will Ryouga and Ukyou have to do something that could threaten their friendship...for the sake of a haircut?

Chapter Five
The evening after the tournament finds Ryouga hospitalized and Ukyou pondering the meaning of the events of the day. Plus, Hiroshi meets a mysterious young woman who captivates his heart.

Chapter Six
A neat little go-between story that takes place two weeks after the Couples tournament, and it involves a poetry spouting swordsman, a diamond, and a legendary Emerald Rose! How will this ancient treasure help to bring our two errant wanderers together? You'll have to find out.

Chapter Seven
Ryouga, Ukyou, and company wander into the mystical land of Shurkashuuton Tengoku, the Valley of the Four Seasons. However, their arrival is met an attack from the valley's mysterious prince, Ito Akikaze, and his three assistants, who don't take very kindly to tresspassers in their sacred realm.

Chapter Eight
Ukyou is forced to re-examine her feelings for Ryouga now that she may never see him again, and she makes some realizations that she might have known were there all along. Plus, Hiroshi decides to call in a fellow schemer to assist with the situation.

Chapter Nine
The battle between Nobara and Ryouga blazes on, and Ukyou finds a cold woman with a warm place in her heart for Prince Ito. Can she convince the girl to aid her before Ryouga pushes himself beyond his limits?

Chapter Ten
The climax of the "Four Seasons" story is in full effect, and the battle ends with startling revelations and bittersweet feelings. Has Ukyou finally found a man to love in Ryouga, only to lose him forever?

Volume Two

Chapter One
Ryouga and Ukyou try to sort out their blossoming relationship and they struggle to make sense of the events around them. Hiroshi's life becomes even more confused, the gang picks up three more traveling companions, and on top of that, Daisuke's blanket is stolen!

Chapter Two
Caught in a freak rainstorm on their long journey back to Nerima, Ryouga, Ukyou & co. stop for shelter in a supposedly peaceful village. Unfortunately, their sanctuary is disturbed by a megalomaniacal police officer with a disturbingly familiar name. And what's worse, he intends to have Ryouga arrested...for every crime that exists!

Chapter Three
Lieutenant Hinako and Ryouga battle to an epic conclusion involving an empty barrel and a river.

Chapter Four
The group splinters over a missing ally. Also, Ukyou's attempts at getting close to Ryouga are thwarted by a mysterious stranger's arrival.

Chapter Five
The mysterious stranger reveals his intentions. Ryouga discovers a dark family secret, and Ukyou rediscovers her inner violent amazon girl.

Chapter Six
Who is Agotsu Kourenai? For those of you that don't care, don't worry. Some stuff blows up, too.

Chapter Seven
Ninjas and battles and explosions and secrets abound as the eye of J.U.S.T.I.C.E. begins to focus on Ryouga and Ukyou.

Chapter Eight
Friends and Foes old and new collide in the epic conclusion of the J.U.S.T.I.C.E. storyline. Who will survive intact? You'll just have to read, won't you?

Chapter Nine
Ryouga Hibiki isn't one to discuss his past much, not even with Ukyou. But, his pre-Nerima days haven't forgotten him, and his past is beginning to catch up to his present, threatening to bring down his future with her for good.
