Tralee Tigers have a long and proud tradition of success.Past coaches such as Tom Falvey, Timmy McCarthy and David Falvey have worked hard to make this Tralee team known throughout Ireland as a basketball power. This year Horans Health Store Tigers will set about matching the winning ways of the past and acheiving our ultimate goal - The ESB Super League Title!
Our fans from last year will recognise such players as John Teahan, Micheal Quirke, Kieran Donaghy, Alan Keane, Roscoe Patterson, Liam Culloty, David Cronin, Aidan O' Shea and our captain Kevin O' Donoghue.
We also welcome back Rick Lenord from injury as well as Vinnie Murphy who recently re-joined the club after a spell with local outfit St. Brendan's.
Two new American players; Brandon Mason and Diamond Williams have also joined us.
Our line-up for the season is completed by Chris Bracey, a top three point shooter hailing from West Texas State.
The Horans Health Store Tigers have enjoyed the best support for basketball in all of Ireland. The players appreciate it greatly and it is reffered to frequently by the men with a tone of pride.
Horans Health Store Tigers will represent Tralee and all of Kerry to the best of their ability and look forward to your support during the comming season.
