I Live In McDowell County. Wyoming County is just across the the mountain from where I live. I never took much notice of old Wyoming County, until recently when I discovered that some of my ancestors lived there. According to census records my great great grandfather Harvey Bailey lived in the Sunhill district near near Baileysville.
