CN250 Helix/Spazio/Fusion

The water-cooled, four-stroke CN250 has been out for 10 years now, but shows no signs of dying off just yet, as legions still sing it's praises. It's known as the "Helix" in the USA, the "Fusion" in Japan, the "Spazio" in Italy and some other countries and simply the CN250 in the UK. There have beens lots of accessories developed for the model and numerous riding clubs have been formed that primarily focus on this model. The CN250 was such a success, in fact, that it's widely viewed as the inspiration for Yamaha to develop the 250cc Majesty and Piaggio it's 150cc Hexagon. There are rumors that the new 250cc Honda Foresight is the replacement for the CN250, but there have also been rumors that Honda will simply update what obviously has been a very successful model for them.

Suggested retail price for the CN250 was about $4,400 in the US (1996), though some dealers reportedly have sold it for $4,000 in 1997 under the right conditions. Price in Japan (May '97) about $4,400 US.
