CUV ES - electric scooter

Honda is developing and testing an electric scooter. In 1994, Honda began limited testing of its CUV ES electric scooter with local government agencies in Japan. Now in its third test year, it's not certain whether Honda will ever sell it to the public. The CUV ES was designed for neighborhood trips, and has a built-in charger which uses 100 Volt household power. It uses nickel-cadmium batteries, DC brushless motor and takes eight hours to recharge.
