All rooms are inside 2 to 5 bedrooms apartments therefore you share the bathroom and the kitchen.
These rooms are for people that have a job and need a place to sleep, and keep their things safe. Having parties or get togethers with your friends is not allow. Bringing a special friend (girlfriend/boyfriend) or a family member to visit sometimes, is ok. We prefer people that are quiet, laidback, and that will not cause any problems for the apartment owners or us.
We prefer long term rentals, more than just weeks, and all rooms are available for immediate rental. IMMEDIATE RENTAL means right away; we served many newcomers; people that just get off a bus, a train or a plane and need a place right away. Coming to see a room to move next week is a waste of your time and ours. There are no 2 rooms that are alike and we rent the rooms within 3 days. So set a up an appointment to view the rooms when you are ready to move.
Some aparments have families, some apartments are older couple, and some apartments are fill with people just renting a room.

Washington Heights has long been known as the neighborhood of Latin American immigrants as well as Russian immigrants. Some consider it the last little secret neighborhood in Manhattan. The apartments are somewhat larger than many downtown units with rent and selling prices more reasonable than most of the other Manhattan neighborhoods. This quite, tree-lined neighborhood has recently been getting a some new attention. Artists, singers, actors, Broadway crew and stagehands are now choosing to live in this area. Washington Heights is almost all residential.

To rent an apartment in New York City, you need one month deposit, first month rent and the broker's fee. In addition to that most landlords required excellent credit and an income of 40 times your monthly rent.
To get an apartment in New York City you need to have at least $5000 in your bank account!!! But we make it easier for you to move to this wonderful city!!!

Proccess:
To rent a room you need to come by the office, fill out an application, leave 1 week deposit and the fee and then you see the rooms we have availalbe for rent, if you like the room then you pay the first week rent and you get your keys and you can move in right away. However if you don't like any of the room we show you, WE WILL GIVE YOU YOUR DEPOSIT BACK.
Why do you have to leave
a deposit?
By leaving a deposit we know that you are seriously looking for a place
and not wasting our time. In the past I spent 2 to 3 hours showing rooms
to people that didn't have money to rent a room, it was very upseting
and a waste of my time. That is why I required a deposit. I am business
man, I am not here to rip anyone off I'll invest my time to find you a
place and need to know that you are serious customer.
I only get pay when you decide to rent a room,
but I want to make sure you are ready to rent a room that is why I ask
for a deposit.
