Psalm 131

Thank You God

Together, Forever
Graduation
You don't have to stink your tongue on a frozen pole,
And you don't have to talk to the Devil and sell your soul,
You don't have to do this stuff to know you'll get hurt.
It'l like trying to make a seven course meal- out of dirt.
You already know that fire is going to burn,
And that the purpose of school is to learn.
You already know that liver is something most people hate,
And that some men just can't remember theier wedding date.
You're supposed to know that 2 plus 2 is equal to 4,
And that ideally, walls are attached to the floor.
You already know that the ocean has lot's of salt,
And that when kids argue, "it's just not may fault!"
You should already know to wear sunscreen,
And those rabid animals are going to be mean.
You probably know a kitten is going to be frishy,
And that cheating in Gena's is way to risky,
You definitely know you need a pass if you're going to be late,
And during lunchtime, I'd advise checking the expiration date.
We already know some of our teachers smoke pot,
Gee, what wonderful role models we've got!!
But we also know that some of our teachers care,
They've always let us know they would be there.
They're there to help us through all of our fears,
But thank God this is finally our senior year!
I can't wait to see what is planned as our fate,
I guess we'll find out as soon as we graduate.
