1970 - PARADISE GARAGE
When Mr Freedom moved on, Trevor Myles ( above) stayed and opened Paradise Garage. Behind a South-Sea fascia of bamboo, corrugated Iron and petrol pump were tropical birds and 5.000 pounds worth of new and used Americana bought in downtown Manhattan - Hawaiian shirts, baseball jackets, denim dungarees by cornpone labels like Osh Kosh b´Gosh.
Though copied a lot since, the Garage ran out of gas in a year.
