MediaBay and ArtistEnt/Patronet Enter Into Internet Radio Syndication Partnership

Under the terms of the agreement, MediaBay's content portal site, MediaBay.com (http://www.mediabay.com/) will be a sister content portal to ArtistEnt.com. The ArtistEnt produced Internet radio program ``Vin Scelsa's Live at Lunch'' will be embedded in the Events section of MediaBay's website. MediaBay joins the growing list of affiliates to carry ArtistEnt's content.

MediaBay.com is an innovative content and e-commerce website which has a reach of more than 2.0 million unique visitors, 650,000 opt-in email addresses and a customer database of over 2.5 million names.
