WHAT:

 ULTIMATE FRISBEE
informal "pickup" game 		If you're reading this, you probably already know what "Ultimate" is. If not, read this brief description.

WHEN:
Wednesday 12:05pm to 1:00pm
No game if not enough people sign up!
See "SIGN-UPS" below. 		We have only played sporadically lately, so be sure to contact someone instead of just showing up and expecting to play. Typically, people arrive at about noon. We set up boundary cones, stretch out, and warm up for a few minutes before starting the game. We play one long game until about 12:55, then restart scoring from 0 and finish up with a quick game to three or five points.

 Location: the multi-use park at
4290 Calle Mejillones, San Diego, 92130

DIRECTIONS:
From Sorrento Valley Blvd, go north on Vista Sorrento Pkwy
(frontage road on east side of 805)
Go 0.8 miles to signal light, turn right on Calle Mar de Mariposa
Go 0.5 miles to a T-intersection
Look for field ahead of you on the left.

It's a big field.

WHO:

 ALL PLAYERS WELCOME!
Emphasis is on recreation over competition. Our regular players have a wide range of skills. We have men and women, ranging in age from low 20's to 40's and above.

Teams are not predetermined; we divide into teams at game time. Players usually end up "covering" someone of similar skill and experience so that everyone enjoys playing.

Usually, there's no game unless eight (8) or more players sign up. The official sign-up list is on-line. If you would like the URL, please contact one of the people listed below. All are welcome.
