Introduction to the Sankeertana
The Sankeertana is one of the 32,000 sung by Sri Annamacharya in praise of Lord Venkateswara.  This Sankeertana throws light on the Lord who is taken on rounds on the streets of Tirumala and giving His Darshan to all His devotees. Lord's Brahmotsavams held in Tirumala and riding of Malayappa Swamy (Utsava Moorthi of Moolavirat Swamy) on various vaahanas and prabhas on these ten days along with His consorts, knit into this keerthana, is said to be very melodiously sung by Sri Annamacharya. The sevas in the present day Brahmotsavams (detailed as follows) are more or less the same as the one sung by Sri Annamacharya during his days [15th Century].

Ankuraarpana and Senadipati Utsavam are celebrated on the day preceding the first day of Brahmotsavam.
First Day: Dwajarohanam Pedda Sesha Vaahanam
Second Day:  Chinna Sesha Vahanam Hamsa Vaahanam
Third Day:  Simha Vahanam Mutyapu Pandiri Vaahanam
Fourth Day:  Kalpavriksha Vahanam Sarva Bhoopala Vaahanam
Fifth Day:  Mohini Avataram Garuda Seva
Sixth Day:  Hanumantha Vahanam Swarna Ratham, Gaja Vaahanam
Seventh Day:  Suryaprabha Vahanam Chandraprabha Vaahanam
Eighth Day:  Rathotsavam Aswa Vaahanam
Ninth Day:  Pallaki Utsavam, Chakrasnanam Golden Tiruchi Utsavam, Dwajaavarohanam

Meaning

Sri Annamacharya describes the Lord as the one who is on a mission to take rounds [around His Temple] in the maada streets of Tirumala. This Keerthana describes various vaahanas the Lord rides on the days of Brahmotsavams.
