1. The Hong Kong Government Pharmacist compulsorarily retired under Colonial Regulation 57 and 59, under the pretext of misconduct, for blowing the whistle on the Hong Kong Colonial Government's legitimacy and its breach of Hong Kong Basic Law Article 138 by legally discriminating against Chinese proprietary medicine, the medical oxygen, and the non-separation of dispensing from prescribing for doctors in the private sector.
