Hello everyone, welcome to my doghouse on the Web! My name is Meadow, and I'm glad you decided to visit!
For a quick intro, let me tell you a little bit about myself. I'm a German Shedder...whoops, Shepherd...Dog, who's just turned two years old. My momma and poppa have had me since I was a little puppy, and while momma thinks I could use a job, maybe Agility or Schutzhund, I like being a Couch Dog too much! Although my doggie-parents were both working dogs, I think chasing my tennis balls and catching my whip-toy is work enough!
I also like playing with my doggie-cousin Jypsy, and have a few other doggie-friends I like to play with too. We get together for play dates pretty regularly, and have a howling time when we do that! I also like going to the dog park once in a while, and have fun at the horse farm momma goes to. Although momma doesn't like it when I decide chasing the horses is lots of fun too!
Probably my favorite thing is to go to the lake on the weekends during the summer. At the lake I get to ride the motor boat and bark at the human skiing or tubing behind the boat; I like riding in the canoe, where I can bark at the humans and dogs on the shore; I also have fun chasing my tennis balls all over the place too! But I do think momma's disappointed because I don't like swimming that much. I feel okay walking around the shallows, and pouncing on the balls I find in the water, and even like biting and barking at the splashes in the water, but don't like going out where I can't touch the sand. I do think that the Lake is lots of fun!
Oh, and the other thing I like doing is playing with momma and poppa's three kitties! They don't like that as much for some reason though....
