Gunner was bred by Joe Heine and was brought to Australia for his bloodlines, his pedigree seen in the USA - includes some of the top producers/show dogs Arbitrage, Johnny J, the Futurian Jet Breaker, Traper, Famous Amos and however his pedigree also Hassler-Hof includes Joe's German imports of Xan v (sire was Atibox Ch Untz v Bereler Ries) and Hiasi v Alt-Bayer.

He is a striking red with excellent reach and drive who is producing puppies with substance, elegance and movement. He has produced several champions with more close to titling as well as Speciality winners and all breed in show winners.
