The 2003 Hess Toy Miniature Patrol Car is miniature version of the standard size Hess Patrol Car sold and distributed by Hess Gas Stations. This miniature patrol car (it's only 4" long) comes packaged with a battery which operates rear marker, head and tail lights as well as license, Hess Logo and emergency lights. This patrol car will look great on any "O" or "S" scale model train layout. There weren't many of these miniature vehicles produced and it will no doubt become a real collector's item.
