Tuesday, April 3

Quick late-night update--the DeadAlive screenshots have finally uploaded!  Enjoy! :o)

Sunday, April 1

Looks like that string worked last Friday :o) because the Lone Gunmen episode pictures of Madam I'm Adam are now up.  Also, the X-Files are back tonight, starting with DeadAlive, so don't forget to tune in at 9pm EST.  Anyone missing that hour this morning? :o)

The OS has made a schedule change concerning the season 8 lineup.  Instead of Empdocles being aired on 4/15, it has been moved to 4/22 and Vienen will be shown on 4/29. See you tomorrow!

Saturday, March 24

The Lone Gunmen pictures, Like Water For Octane, are now up over at the episode guide.

Also, a couple of OS news tidbits.  First, 8X19 has been given a name: Alone.  And don't forget Season 3 DVD's will be available on May 8 which also includes "an all new 20-minute documentary entitled The Truth About Season Three."

According to Inside.com, the LGM isn't faring well in it's Friday time slot.  I certainly understand the problem since I'm generally not home on Fridays, missing last night's show by hours.  I had the same problem with Harsh Realm when it aired too--looks like I need to tie a string on my finger to remind myself!

Sunday, March 18

Eine Kleine Frohike pictures are now up!  I've also added some DeadAlive promo pics that Khristine posted last week, as well as some screen grabs of the trailer that ran during the LGM show on Friday.

Last night when I was online, there was a large number of people complaining that their Tripod sites had been deleted.  It had already happened here once as well, so when I checked my other account (thank goodness there was only 2!) sure enough, it was gone.  This time around took a harder hit--22 episodes, 9 being from season 4.  The reason why they're doing this is unclear, plus they haven't given me any warning nor have responded to my email.  So, if anything, if you're thinking about starting a page, I certianly recommend steering clear of Tripod and it's affiliates--it's more aggravation than it's worth :P

Also, I should have Eine Kleine Frohike pictures up sometime this afternoon.  I apologize for any broken links.  I'll work on getting them fixed this week if I can find a computer to borrow--thanks for stopping by--another LGM episode is tonight :o)

Monday, March 12

New images from The Lone Gunmen show are now up.  Click here to see the images from Bond, Jimmy Bond, or take the quick link over to the right.  Don't forget they are running the next LGM episode on Friday at 9PM EST.

Wednesday, March 7

The Lone Gunmen Pilot pictures are now up.  I also got most of the deleted episodes from season 8 back up except for two, which I'm still working on.  Thanks again, and enjoy the rest of the week.

Tuesday, March 6

A quick announcement--thank you very much for sending emails to let me know there was a problem with some of the links on season 8.  After some investigation, I found out that a Tripod account has been deleted.  Thankfully only 7 episodes were affected, plus the LGM Pilot pictures I was going to put up today.  With my connection, it will take me some time to upload, but I'm working on it :o)

Monday, February 26

Plenty of new images are up of a very good episode last night, This Is Not Happening.  Click here to view them or click on the TINH picture directly to the right.  The conclusion, DeadAlive, will air on April 1, but in the meantime, the LGM spinoff will make it's debut.  I'll be taking screen grabs of those episodes as well, so look for those next week :o)

The Official Site has released a new episode title, called "Empedocles."  The name comes from a Greek philosopher who is estimated to have lived around the time of 44o B.C.

Tuesday, February 20

Per Manum images have now been added to the season 8 episode guide.  You can either take the link here or click on the picture over on the right.

Monday, February 12

Lots of new pictures for today's update.  First, I've added Medusa to the season 8 episode guide.  Also, last night, after Medusa aired, Fox News had a promo for The Lone Gunmen in which there was a clip of David talking about the new show as well as interviews with the LGM actors and CC.  And of course, some clips from the upcoming LGM episodes.  To see the Fox News pictures, you can click here.

Tuesday, February 6

I'm finally back!  I'm now all moved, unpacked, etc. etc.  Of course, unfortunately, in the moving process, the new place no longer faces East.  In fact, East is through 2 apartments and 2 more buildings behind it, so my reception for The Gift this Sunday was practically nill.  The good news is, satellite service should be up by Wed, but the bad news is, even though I tried to get it up by Sun, I couldn't get pictures this week. (I know--perfect timing L*)  Between that and my less than 28K internet connection, it hasn't been the best of weeks, but all should be up and running by next Sunday.  I'll catch The Gift when it re-airs, but for now, other places that do have some pictures are Haven and Roadrunners, and The X-Files Shrine has a video clip up.

Also, the OS has some new episode titles posted for us, including "Per Manum," "DeadAlive," and "Vienen."  Some new Lone Gunmen titles are "Bond, Jimmy Bond" and "Eine Kliene Frohike."

Monday, January 22

A quick update this afternoon - Badlaa images have been added to the episode guide!  In case you're wondering where I've been lately, I've been getting ready to move, which is this week.  So I certainly can't wait to get that overwith. :o)  Anyway, enjoy your week!

Wednesday, January 17

New Salvage pictures have been added to the season 8 episode guide.  Zap2It has the ratings for Sunday night, Fox coming in third with Salvage drawing in 7.1/10 (6.4).

Speaking of pictures, Khristine sent along a great promo picture from an upcoming episode which you can view here.  She's got other great pics on her site, including a new promo image of the Lone Gunmen, so be sure to stop by.  Thanks, Khristine!

The Official Site has a few media alerts, including that "The Lone Gunmen will be on the cover of the New York Times TV Book on Sunday, March 4th with a feature to run inside, Chris Carter will be on the cover of Emmy magazine’s March/April issue, and The X-Files will be the cover story for the Gannett Syndicate TV Book in January."

Also, good news for philes in the UK: after Requiem airs on Feb 15th, Season 8 will begin on Sunday, Feb 18th with Within and Without running back-to-back at 9PM on Sky One.

And lastly, I've added a new award for Jan--thank you very much Kris's X-Files!

Tuesday, January 9

Just a quick update today--I've added the Surekill images to the episode guide.  You can click here or click on the picture over to the right to view them.  :o)

Wednesday, January 3

Happy New Year!  I'm finally back from a very short vacation, but it's been about two weeks since the last picture update, so I've added Monday to the season 6 episode guide this week.

The Official Site has added some new episode names, which are "Salvage" and "Badlaa."  They have also added an interactive game called Pathogen Unknown in which you choose a character and join the Lone Gunmen.

A new agent is coming to the show.  According to Yahoo, "Annabeth Gish will join...in a three-episode arc this season with an option to return in the fall as a regular on the show."  Her character has yet to have a name, but to read the entire article, go here.

I've also got the song of the week back online, so look below for this week's request.  And if you're looking for more music by Mark Snow, you can download 4 tracks that he composed for the film, The Dancing Cow, at their website.

Monday, December 25

I just wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas!  The real start of the new Millennium is right around the corner, and as Mulder would say to that, "No one likes a math geek, Scully."  :o)  Happy Holidays and good luck in the new year!

Monday, December 18

New pictures are up!  Via Negativa images have been added to the season 8 episode guide, so you can click here to view them or click on the picture over to the right.

The new release of FTF, which was scheduled to be released at the end of this month, has been postponed to January 23, 2001.  Digital Bits has a review up, talking about some of the new improvements such as a new anamorphic widescreen transfer and DTS 5.1 sound.

About.com reports that with the House of Mirth opening in the US on Dec 22, Gillian will be making some appearances:

The Official Site has some new episode names up for Season 8, including "Surekill," "Medusa," and "This is Not Happening."  I've added the new names and tentative air dates to the season 8 guide.

Also, the OS reports that "The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development unveiled 18 star-filled public service announcements as part of its 'Put a Face on Homelessness' media campaign...Gillian Anderson is one of many actors involved in making these television spots happen."  CBS will be airing these through the winter.

Wednesday, December 13

Exams are finally over for this tired phile :o)  Just a quick update for tonight, but I wanted to get the Redrum pictures up.

Friday, December 8

Gillian Anderson was on Fox's Ultimate Auction last night, reading 'Twas the Night Before Christmas, so I've added a couple pictures over at the appearances page.  You can click here or over at the right to go see them.

Vertical Limit opens today!  The movie is about "a young climber who must launch a treacherous and extroardinary rescue effort up K-2."  The cast includes Nick Lea who plays Tom McLaren.  The OS has a video clip of Nick discussing the movie, which you can access from their front page.

Leoni Online has a great video clip of Tea's interview with Access Hollywood, in which she talks a little about David and West as well as her new movie, Family Man.

Zap2IT reports that for Sunday, Invocation was Fox's top show for the night, coming in at 9.7/14 (9.2/13), but overall, Fox finished third against ABC and CBS.

Also, the OS has added some new Redrum pictures which you can go here to see.

And last but not least, the Ty website is holding an auction for an "Ariel" beanie baby bear signed by David.  All proceeds are for the Pedaids foundation.

Monday, December 4

It's Monday--which means new pictures are up!  I've added Invocation screen grabs to the episode guide, and you can view them by going here or by clicking the picture over to the right.

The X-Props II grand prize turned out to be Mulder's nameplate.  If you'd like to see the list of winners, head on by the Official Site.

Also, last night during Invocation, Fox aired a commercial that said Gillian will be making an appearance on their Ultimate Auction show.  It airs from 8PM to 10PM EST on Thursday.

That's all for today--I'm in the process of working on Nov's award submissions, so those should be up soon.  Have a great week!

Friday, December 1

"Third warning *donk donk donk* toilet seat." Yep, that's the sound of M&S sharing marital bliss in Arcadia.  :o)  Anyway, new screen grabs have been added to the episode guide, and you can click here to go see them.

The OS has some new Invocation images up here, and if you missed the Vince chat on 11/28, the OS has posted the entire chat transcript.

And to finish off season 8 news, there are some new promo images of Via Negativa at The X-Files Shrine, and Zap2It reports that Roadrunners received 7.8/11 (8.6/13), Fox coming in fourth for the night.

Lastly, About.com has all of the secret codes for the FX marathon--there are some interesting facts and video clips to see when you type in the codes.  I'll add those below, and don't forget December reminders are also at the bottom of the page.  Have a great weekend!

Monday, November 27

Well, the holiday weekend is over :P  Aside from this East Coaster missing about 10 minutes of the new episode last night because of election coverage,  three pages of Roadrunners screen grabs are over at the episode guide.

Also, there will be an OS online chat tomorrow evening, at 7PM EST/4PM PT, with Vince Gilligan. For more info, click here.

Thursday, November 23

Happy Thanksgiving for those in the US!  FX Marathon is today (which can be tricky when the relatives want to see the parade *L*), and the OS has some Roadrunners pictures up here.  Have a great holiday!

Tuesday, November 21

Whew, Geocities wasn't allowing me to FTP all day yesterday, so at least that's straightened out this morning.  Anyway, at the top of the news today, DuchovnyNet has some terrific new promo shots with DD.  You can click here to see them or click the picture over on the left.

The Official Site has a real media clip showing how they created the "Mulder fall" that we saw in the beginning credits of Within/Without.  Go to the OS main page to view the clip.  Also, another new video clip the OS has put up is an interview where "Mitch Pileggi talks about his character's transformation," found at this page.

Oh yeah...and last but not least, there are some Patience pictures up.  On this note, I'll leave you with a quote from one of my favorite scenes:

MULDER: (shaking his head) This is all wrong, Scully.  This is not how the story is supposed to end...where's the writer? I want to speak to the writer."

Friday, November 17

Anyway, I caught the last 10 mins of IQuit with WBD on the Discovery Health Channel last night.  It looked like a great program, so if you missed most of it like me, it will re-run again on Sunday at 3PM.

The OS has the Robert Patrick transcript up from his chat held on Nov 13.  You can click here to read it.

Also, there are three new promo images of Invocation which you can see over at Khristine's site.

Dream Theater has a press release that talks about some new changes FX has made to this year's Thanksgiving X-Files Marathon.  You can read the entire article here.

Monday, November 13

I apologize for the quick update today, but I'm just totally swamped and will be until Wed. :P  The good news is that I've added the Without pictures to the season 8 guide--it had some fantastic moments in it, that's for sure!  Also, the Robert Patrick chat is tonight!  Enjoy the pictures, and I will be back later this week :o)

Friday, November 10

The Official Site gives us some 8X11 info, which includes it's name, "The Gift."  You can find the small summary over on the season 8 page.

It also reports that Season 7 will start in the UK on Nov 15, and to kick off the week, "the channel [BBC2] hosts a special about creator Chris Carter that will outline, among other things, the influences that shaped his career and the series" called The Joy of X.  You can find more info about these events here.

And the last new thing the OS reports is that Robert Patrick will be taking part in Love Ride 17, which is a one-day motorcycle event (Nov 12) that raises money for the charities Reading By 9 and the Muscular Dystrophy Association.  Go here for more info.

Haven posted some new promo images for season 8 yesterday which you can see here--some of them available to buy at Ebay.

Wednesday, November 8

Well, needless to say, I was glued to my tv last night--who would have ever believed there would be such a mess from *my* state? *L*  I'm glad I voted, tho'--it will be interesting to see what will happen  :o)  Anyway, the Official Site now has the transcript from the Nov 6 Chris Carter chat, plus, they have also added a video clip and some new images from Without which you can go here to see.

Zap2It reports that Within "didn't beat last year's numbers in households (9.3/13 this year vs. last year's 10.6/16)" but that Fox Sunday was still very much a strong one.

And Yahoo also brings us some news that William B. Davis will narrate a special on the Discovery Health Channel called I Quit!, airing on Nov 16 at 8PM EST.  Also, speaking of WBD, there are pictures and a recount of what happened on his visit to Glasgow, Scotland over at this terrific William B. Davis site.

Monday, November 6

Well, those 5 summer months have 'come and gone' and season 8 is underway!  New images from Within, close to 90, are now up, and I've also added a couple of trailer images for Without.  Great episode--I can't wait to see how it all will play out :o)

New stories to read over at the fanfic archive!

On a news note, the chat with Chris Carter is today at 7PM EST.   And according to a recent OS article, today the Season 1 DVDs are being released in the UK.
