Scott had been crewing on Midgets for several years before joining HiBoy Racing in 1999. Some of his accomplishments include Crew Chief where his driver was awarded "Most Improved Driver", Scott’s efforts allowed his driver to finish in the top 10 for all years he prepared the racing machines.

Scott Erwin is a 21 year veteran of the El Cerrito Police Department where he has recently been promoted to the rank of Corporal. His current duties include Field Training Officer, Bike Officer, Fatal and Major Accident Investigations, Major Crime Scene Investigations, and Patrol.
