So... Somehow you've stumbled across this site. It's something I put together just because I wanted somewhere to ramble. I'm the kind of person who has a whole lot of trivia committed to memory, a lot of love for a big list of random things, and an extensive collection of random images -- but nowhere to put it (much less any practical use for any of it). I figured maybe someone else would find this collection of odds, ends, images, and facts of use for one reason or another and thought I might as well stick it up.
Honestly, nothing but the site layout and my rambling truly belong to me... Meaning the screencaps belong to the people who own the movies or music videos from which they came...
The trivia is a different story, though. Lots of it came to me through message-board sharing and top-this trivia threads... All that Top Gun trivia? Most of it came from research my best friend and I did while watching the movie repeatedly (I think we're somewhere close to 200 viewings, if not already there... Yeah, the movie is definitely how we both survived high school). Much freeze-framing of the DVD was involved... It's time consuming, believe me, but we find it fun.
Before you ask, yes, this first page layout is created from a screencap of Poison's "Every Rose Has Its Thorn" video. Why? Because Poison's music is my oldest (and probably my stongest) obsession. "Every Rose..." is not necessarily my favorite Poison song, but it's certainly their best-known. Aside from that, the end of the video is a rather iconic image and I thought it looked nice as a background. The layout on my Poison page is the same right now, but perhaps, for the sake of variety, I'll change it to something else when I get the time.
