Full Set
I was co-Technical Director with Jeff Spindler.  That means we were responsible for all aspects of set construction (not painting, thank goodness!), getting the set to the theater, erecting it, and getting it out of the theater.  Our production schedule is something less than three months.

This was one of the prettier sets UMGASS has put together in the 6 years I've been doing this.  Most of the credit goes to the set designers, Cynthia Lempert and Laura Strowe.

House
This closeup of the house doesn't do it justice.  The bricks, mullions, shingles, and door inlay are all painted on.  The drop shadows and other details made it look real from as close as ten feet away.  Some details were 3D at the insistence of the set designers, such as window frame recesses, but that just helped confuse the observers into thinking they were looking at a fully dimensional set.
Erik helped make the walls.
Matt and Bust
The other thing I did was provide a bust of the male lead, a character named Bunthorne.  Here they are together.  The head is made from a soft, self-skinning urethane foam from Monster Makers.  The chest section has a carved styfofoam core with muslin collar, lapels, and ascot.  The muslin was sipped in a solution of white glue, joint compound, and water to make it rigid.

Ladies and Bust
The statue was rigged to be pushed over toward the end of the play, and The actor then carried the head back on stage.  I made the head out of foam so it would survive the fall, and it couldn't be permanently attached to the bust.

This is the only interesting shot I have of the mold in progress.  It was a case mold, which means there was an soft inner layer and a hard outer case. This shows sculpture covered in a 3/8" layer of WED clay, which is water based. On top of this I applied about 1/2" of fiberglass to make a two-piece hard case. I removed the case and the WED, then filled the air where the WED was with GI-1000 silicone. (The silicone was also done in two pieces.)
