What is ICARUS?
ICARUS is a non-profit making organisation committed to developing a better understanding of alcohol and its abuse in Irish life through both:
• the dissemination of ideas and information
• sponsoring and engaging in research.
It is in the process of drawing up a Governing Document and a Strategic Plan to be agreed by an elected Organising Committee.
