Larry Dallas was the lady-loving bachelor who lived upstairs. He and Jack were best friends and loved going to the Regal Beagle in hopes of finding the perfect girl. He sometimes turns to the trio when he's in trouble, needs to borrow money, or sometimes just to say hello. Larry always tries to help Jack in any situation and Jack does the same for Larry.
