FYI:   Ken Addison has taken the lead in setting up a refresher course on the Racing Rules of sailing.  All HISF skippers and crew are invited.  Please RSVP to Ken at the e-mail address below so we can get a head count for the lunch.  There will be a small charge for the lunch (detail to follow…..)   Dave Dellenbaugh is an international expert on the rules and does an outstanding job explaining them in these videos.  Bring pen and paper to take notes.
