Grombli Industries
Located in the northren mountains of the Old Kingdom, a small kingdom of dwarves has begun a fairly successful attempt to rebuild their ancient empire. Lord Grombli the First is a merchant at heart, and runs his kingdom as one big corperation. Everyone who lives in Ironheart, the capitol and main factory of Grombli Industries, is an employee of the king, and very well paid.
Grombli makes its money through the creation of dwarven quaity tools and weapons. The company even has a small fleet of airships and railways to ship goods out to other kingdoms. Grombli representatives can be found anywhere from the Sea of Scarlet Waters to the Algorian Sea.

Grombli Industries is the primary producer of firearms in the steam age, and the only non-military company one can aquire standardized weapons (and parts). In addition, the Grombli Repeater (a winchester style rifle) has yet to be duplicated by any other manufacturer.

Common Grombli weapons:
  Revolvers and damages
Standard revolvers have 6 rounds, and are single shot. All Grombli
revolvers are cartrige weapons, which can be hand-packed, but doing so imposes
a -1 penalty to damage. Standard Effective Range is 100 feet.
  	.22 - 1D8 damage
	.25 - 2D6 damage
        .38 - 3D6 damage
	.44 - 4D6 damage

  Rifles:
Standard Rifles are bolt action, single shot, and have an effective
range of 600 feet. Rifles cannot be hand-packed, but a skilled Field Armorer
can improvise cartriges with a little time.
	.30-30 - 4D6 Damage
	.22 Long - 2D6 Damage
	.50 - 6D6 Damage

  Shotguns:
Generally favored by civilians for their brute strength, Grombli
Shotguns are always double barreled and can fire one or both barrels in a
single shot. Effective range normally is 200 feet, but is cut down to 50 if
the weapon is "sawed-off" to under 30 inches. Scatter-shot (birdshot) is faily
in-effective against hard armors unless fired within 20 feet, but a slug will
tear through just about anything. If hand-packed, the shotgun can only fire
scatter-shot, and loses one die of damage.
	Small-bore (20ga.) - 3D6 scatter, 4D6 slug.
	Large-bore (12ga.) - 4D6 scatter, 5D6 slug.

Specialty Weapons:
 .22 Revolver
Specifically designed for mages, this weapon uses specialty cartriges
and packs the most power compared to any other weapon of its size. If the need
arises the weapon can be hand-packed, or loaded with normal .22 rounds, but
will only deal 1d8 damage.
Payload: 4 rounds	Rate of Fire: Single shot only
        Damage: 2D6+2

 .44 Revolver
"The Equalizer" Favored among gunslingers, and people who wish to pass
themselves off as gunslingers. This is a short-barreled pistol without any
sights (wild-shots only, but +1 to Quickdraw initiative).
Payload: 6 rounds	Rate of Fire: Single shot only.
	Damage: 4d6

 Grombli Repeater
"Mage-smasher" The newest innovation from Grombli research and
development. The repeater allows multiple shots like a revolver, but with the
range of a rifle. Such weapons are never "sawed-off" and in the wilderness are
protected like magic items. The weapon requires .30-30 cartriges to work, and
improvised cartriges have a 25% chance of jamming the weapon.
Payload: 4 rounds internal	Rate of Fire: single shot
	Damage: 4D6 Range: 500 feet

 Grombli Long-pistol
The first attempt at a repeating rifle. Still fairly popular because
of its hand-packed option, the Long-pistol is basically a revolver with an
extended barrel and stock. Firing the weapon hand-packed halves the effective
range and imposes a one-die penalty to the damage.
Payload: 6 rounds Rate of Fire: single shot
	Damage: 4d6 (.44 calibre)	Range: 200 feet
