has served in Hong Kong Police for over 32 years as Police Constable and
Inspector. Serving the general Uniform Branch; Regional Traffic duties;
Investigation duties in Criminal Investigation Department; Special Duties Unit
as Team 2 i/c; Airport Security Unit as Assistant Officer Commanding of the
Unit; Drill and Musketry Instructor in Police Training School responsible for
Probationary Inspectors’ training; Weapons Training Division as Firearms
Instructors’ Supervisor and Trainer for Firearms Instructors Courses.
Conducted
Firearms Training Courses for Simunition Ltd to Hong Kong Government
Departments, Singapore and Taiwan Police Departments in 2000 & 2001.

training courses for staff of a reputed company to attain Arms Instructor and
Range Officer Qualifications in August 2000;

Permits in May 2001;

警察工作經驗
余錦河先生在警務處服務超過32年，由警員晉陞至督察級。曾服務單位及所擔任職務如下：—
軍裝部巡邏工作；交通部負責巡邏、處理告票及交通意外調查工作；
在刑事偵緝部擔任刑事調查工作；在特別任務連擔任小隊副隊長；在機場特警組擔任副主管；在警察訓練學校擔任槍械及步操教官；在槍械訓練科擔任槍械教官監督及教官訓練班導師。
槍械訓練經驗
於2000年及2001年為香港政府不同部門、星加坡及臺灣警察部主持槍械訓練課程。
訓練在香港享有盛名的保安公司人員考取槍械訓練教練及射擊場主任資格；
