Introduction
of Henry's Development Limited
Henry's Development Limited (HDL) was established in 1995 by Mr. YU Kam Ho, who is also known as Henry YU as well as the Chief Trainer of HDL. The scope of business of HDL is to provide training consultant services on Firearms Training, and Security and Guarding Personnel Training. The staffs of HDL are professionally qualified in their field and in some discipline, they are internationally recognized.
For Firearms Training, HDL provides training courses on various types of small arms, i.e. Handguns, Shotguns, Sub-machineguns and Rifles both in theory and practical shooting. Course contents include specifications; name of parts; firing actions of various types of firearms; types of ammunition and their components and performance; practical and safe weapon handling; shooting skills of basic level; advance level; competition shooting and tactical shooting; weapon, ammunition and equipment maintenance; safety and hygienic issues.
For Security and Guarding Training, HDL provides two types of services. Type (I) &(II) Training Consultant Services. HDL may provide expert trainer to train up your security guarding staff or provide a basic security guarding training course on demand. Our Training Consultants are qualified trainers, registered both in Security Companies Inspection Unit and Police Licensing Office as a Training Officer ”, “Arms Instructor” and “Range Officer”. With experience in helping companies in the application of the Security Companies Licence. HDL can provide consultant services in preparing all required documents for inspection by the Police Security Companies Inspection Unit. 余錦河先生（又名Henry YU）於1995年成立。HDL主要業務範圍包括：提供槍械訓練及保安及護衛人員訓練顧問服務。HDL擁有最優秀專業訓練人員，他們在各項專業範疇持有極高水準及國際認可資格。
在槍械訓練項目，HDL提供各類槍械訓練課程，包括手槍、衝鋒槍及步槍等。各項課程內容包括理論：槍械特性、零部件名稱、發射動作；各種子彈類型、其組合成份及其表現；實際操作：實際及安全操作、拆解及安裝槍枝及附件、清潔槍枝及附件；射擊訓練：基本及高級射擊技巧、射擊比賽及實戰技巧、槍械，子彈及裝備保養、其他需注意有關安全及衛生等事項。
在保安及護衛訓練項目，HDL提供兩類服務。第一類服務 — 專業顧問服務：HDL訓練顧問 已在 ”保安及護衛服務業委員會”及”香港警務處牌照科”登記成為訓練主任、槍械訓練教練、射擊場主任。該名訓練顧問將負責整理及更新”基本訓練課程”及”標準訓練課程”之訓練手冊。有關手冊將依照監管保安及護衛服務工作的香港法例規定而編訂，內容包括：提供服務的規定、在服務範圍內經常發生的各類罪行定義及處理技巧、執行職務時的法定要求及各種技巧。該名訓練顧問並會備妥有關文件及出席警務處保安公司檢查小組進行年度牌照檢查。主持槍械訓練及執行射擊場主任工作。第二類服務 — 主持訓練課程：HDL訓練顧問負責主持基本及標準訓練課程。有關詳情請參閱保安及護衛人員訓練課程。
