The jobs avaliable now are :

Layouts Designer - You must know a fair good amount of HTML and must have Adobe Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro etc... and must know a fair amount of how to make and edit images in either of these programs or other professional programs.

Blinkie Designer - This is a fairly easy job, as blinkies are small graphics. But you must have some sort of image program and animation program to animate the blinkies.
