This is a training video for the martial artist who desires to learn Okinawan Sai techniques and Sai Kata. Every technique is explained in great detail by Grandmaster Ron Helling.

Jo Bo (Short Bo 4'): $24.95

This is a one of a kind training video for students who desire to learn short bo techniques and Kata. We have put this video together to emphasize the versatility of this unique weapon which can be mastered with little effort by students of all ages and rank. These techniques and Kata are very rare and come from China and Okinawa. Techniques are demonstrated by Master Helling and black belt instructors.

Karate Basic Drills: $14.95

This video contains dozens of training drills including blocks, kicks, punches, strikes, and conditioning exercises. It is excellent for a student who wishes to learn on his own and to enhance his in dojo training. These techniques and excercises are used by most martial arts styles.
