The Cambridge branch of Comhaltas was founded in Sept 1992 to promote Irish music and dance in Cambridge under the guidance of (click for more information about~) Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Eireann,

We meet every Wednesday after 7.30pm at:
The Rathmore Club
Cherry Hinton Road
Cambridge

Here pupils of all ages can receive lessons on the fiddle, 2 row button accordian, and tin whistle.
We also meet on the last Friday of each month for a session of traditional Irish music, this is held at the same venue.
(Subject to Christmas alterations and a date change in July, avoiding the Cambridge Folk Festival.)

All standards and ages of players are welcome from beginners upwards.
