Willing
Time is passing day by day,
What to do or what to say.
Willing, willing I want to be,
I want to change; I want to see…
To see my dreams,
both great and small…
To view the top no matter how tall.
|
Willing to listen, willing to do…
A burden to lighten, one life to renew.
With an honest heart, a gentle way,
One who cares, who knows what to say.
Helping a stranger, lending an ear…
To shelter, to comfort, when sadness is near.
Forgiving, forgetting, a softer heart,
Willing to change, to make a fresh start.
