The Heartland Home Educators Homeschooling Support Group is an inclusive non-profit support group to provide support for families in the Central Idaho area who are homeschooling, without regard to religious and political beliefs.
We are an educational support network. Our main purpose is to support families in exercising their right to homeschool regardless of age, color, ethnic background, family composition, financial condition, gender, religious beliefs or lack thereof, or special educational needs.
We are a diverse group of families who homeschool for a variety of reasons including academic, religious and philosophical. Family members represent a wide range of approaches to learning and teaching styles, and our group does not endorse any specific philosophy of education except to promote respect for diversity and individual choice.
