Who are we?

We are a group of non-profit volunteers who wish to share our experience regarding time share and holiday clubs.  We also seek to provide a common platform for people to come together to share their experiences - good and bad.

We are NOT saying that all timeshare, holiday clubs are bad or are scams, we acknowledge that there are some good ones but we are also aware that there have been many reported unsatisfactory encounters found in various websites, newspapers and some even to Case.

We do NOT receive any commission, reward or fund of any kind from the lawyer and/or from the people whom we deal with for the work we do as volunteers. We have frequently been asked for a contact to an experienced lawyer.  As always, you are free to choose whatever method to seek help and which lawyer to use  and we certainly encourage you to shop around first. However, should you seek to engage the services of the lawyer we recommend for you, you will be responsible for all transactions between yourself and the lawyer.

We will NOT be responsible or liable in anyway for whatever actions individuals or groups may take and which may arise from our meetings or because of our emails/website.
