The House Crimson Blade hierarchy is comprised of two different groups, the "Inner Circle" and "Outer Circle".

INNER CIRCLE

This "circle" is made up of the actual members of HCB. The different ranks are used to show respect for people that have given resources and work in furthering the scene. The ranks are as follows:

Elder
This rank consists of the members who have sacrificed tremendous resources to the House and scene. Elders are teachers and leaders of the community that set the example for others. The sub-ranks Altus and Carcus also fall under this rank, although they are usually considered low-level Elders.

Calmae
This rank is the heart, soul, and body of the House. They are the voice for the people in the scene. HCB Calmae are the driving force for the establishment of an enviroment that we can enjoy. They usually have not given as much as the higher ranks, but they are the ones that support the events, guard our havens, etc. Without the large Calmae rank, everything we have accomplished would not have been possible.

Fledgling
These are the newest members of HCB. They have proven through time and work that they are willing to stand with us and give everything they have to the scene. They join our House to learn and try to find the path that will lead them to their true selves. The oppression this enviroment has forced upon them have finally been lifted and they are ready to experience things that some never knew existed before.

OUTER CIRCLE

Black Swans, supporters, family, and friends all make up this circle. These are the people that stand with HCB and do what they can for the scene but either have no interest in joining or cannot join because of certain circumstances. Nevertheless, they are considered part of our family for the things they have done for us in the past. We would be lost without these people.

Chyldren
These are people in the "Outer Circle" that have shown interest or potential in joining our immediate family. They have shown a hunger for knowledge, the will to find their path, and the strength to follow it. They will be tested over time to see if they are ready to join HCB.
