    Several attempts were made in registering this channel but failed due to inactive supporters. It even happen that some of the usernames of the Channel Manager were "tagged as fraud". Determined to have the channel being registered, the Channel Manager looked for people who will support him and will join the chanel actively while the registration is being processed. He found operators from #turningoint and #opkids and asked them to support him. With the help of the eggdrop bots from #a&a (http://www.starbots.tk), the manager was able to protect te channel from abusers while waiting for X to arrive.

   The long wait was over! The most awaited time came and the Channel Manager received a notice saying that the channel application was approved and accepted. The channel was finally registered on the 13th of July, 2002 at 12:45:05 in the afternoon. A day after, around 12:00 PM, X joined the channel. Supporters were immediately given 499 access level in the channel.

   A while after the channel was finally recognized by Cservice, the channel got its regular chatters increasing surprisingly surpassing the number of the online members of other channels registered ahead of it. For more than a month of its operation as a registered channel, Channel #heartbeatzone is visited by people from different places like Cebu, Iloilo, Davao, Borongan, Tacloban, Cotabato, Tarlac, and other places in the Philippines. Chatters from Canada, Hawaii, Hongkong, Romania and Italy also join the channel. This just show that the channel is really reaching out to other people, touching their lives in a very special and make them feel a sense of belongingness.
