Installation Instructions
When you click on the link above you will be asked to save the *.zip file. Unzip the file using any "zip" utility. In some browsers you may see that the save filename has .exe extension. You should change the extension to .ttf from .zip/exe.
Save the file in any directory. Now goto Start->Settings->Control Panel and open Control Panel window. Double click on the fonts directory. Select File->Install New Font. This will open up a dialog box. You need to locate the Kannada font you have downloaded (ie.knum0ntt.ttf) in your system. Browse to the directory in which you saved the file. You will find in the List of Fonts the name KN-TTUma Normal (True Type). Select this name and click on OK This will install the Kannada font and you are all set to read the following Kannada characters.
