As of March 4th 2000, in the 52 precincts that make up Hardin County, there were 14,621 registered Republicans, and many, many more who usually vote for Republican candidates. This site is devoted to acquainting Republicans and those who are not yet Republicans with what we believe, what we are doing, and introducing Republican candidates to the public prior to elections.
Congratulations to the first Republican controlled Senate in history for holding the line and putting a stop to the "Tax and spend" proposals of our Governor. His plan would have cost the Kentucky Taxpayer almost a billion dollars in additional taxes.Also, thanks to our Senator, Elizabeth Tori for getting some help to the Northern and Southern parts of the County where it has been sorely needed, and too long neglected by our representation in the house.
