Don't let the dates discourage you, this challenge will be ongoing no matter the date, So join in whenever you want!

Here's the challenge:
*10 miles of walking/running/biking a week
~mile before breakfast a mile after supper 5 days a week

*80 ounces or more of water a day

*Lift weights 3 times a week

*Journal HONESTLY everyday!

*No starchy carbs after 4 pm
