DON'T RUSH TO GET FASTER RESULTS! So if your eating 5 small meals,just up it to 7 if your trying to gain the mass. Remember fat is a storage shed so dont be afraid to eat a little extra foods with fat here in there.If your trying to loose weight just subtract from fats and surgars but still maintain 5 small meals and 2 light snacks. Don't think your going to get huge by pumping iron 7 days a week cause it won't work.This will just drain you dry.I would shoot for 3 to 4 days a week lifting and on off days some indoor or outside sports.(KEEP EM FUN) Make sure you get the proper carbs,protein,and fibers.I have done my best to try to hook ya all up with some these links below.Good luck with your training,just remember something if your ever going to climb in the ring with the HardCopy.You better bring more than a water bottle.
