Let me help you out with a few things.Whether you are trying to get the bodybuilding look,or the Hulk Holgan bulk out.It all falls into the same catagory.We have to eat the right foods followed by some exercise.One rule you don't have to be pro to figure out is drink water. Iv,e been told salt can help to keep me from dehrydration because it contains water. But I perfer to keep water by adding water because it is the easiest nutrition to find and a heck of healthier for you.I am far from a pro but been around weight lifting for alot of years.If you are skinny but cut kind of person and you lift your on ya way to good results.
DON'T RUSH TO GET FASTER RESULTS!
So if your eating 5 small meals,just up it to 7 if your trying to gain the mass. Remember fat is a storage shed so dont be afraid to eat a little extra foods with fat here in there.If your trying to loose weight just subtract from fats and surgars but still maintain 5 small meals and 2 light snacks. Don't think your going to get huge by pumping iron 7 days a week cause it won't work.This will just drain you dry.I would shoot for 3 to 4 days a week lifting and on off days some indoor or outside sports.(KEEP EM FUN) Make sure you get the proper carbs,protein,and fibers.I have done my best to try to hook ya all up with some these links below.Good luck with your training,just remember something if your ever going to climb in the ring with the HardCopy.You better bring more than a water bottle.
