WE ARE ONE CLUB! Carl Brown, Lt. Governor, made this announcement at our last meeting. OI approved our request to become one club during their December business meeting. Barbara Brann, President from CCSE, said this ruling would become official on January 1, 2005. This topic will be discussed more at our business meeting on December 23, 2004.
A CHRISTMAS PARTY FOR BEACON CENTER Fran Stranaham and Barbara Brann both CCSE members, gave some staff and seven girls from Beacon Center an outstanding early morning Christmas party on Thursday. The girls received gifts, coupons for shopping at Southwest Mall and their own personal plants to care for in their rooms. If the other girls enjoyed themselves as much as Sabrina, who Eva and I sponsored, rest assured, they all had a great time. Marcy Baruch, a local recording artist provided entertainment for everyone. Thanks Fran and Barbara. All of your hard work made the party a big success.
