What's Happening Now!


August 2002


We have inherited another neighborhood cat. Jake turned up missing, and The Lord, in His wisdom, knew our little girl needed a replacement. So He led this little orange kitten to our front door. She named him "Petey-Boy," and so far, he seems to be a good cat:

John started second grade this month, and Rebekah entered Kindergarten.

We ended the the month with a trip to a corn field maze ( called a maize maze ), located south of Knoxville, TN. We had a great time trying to figure it out, as these pictures will show:




And while at the farm, we took the opportunity to pet some of the farm animals:

And one of the pot-belly pigs took great pleasure in sucking Shauna's finger:
