| Refurbished homes on the Halton Moor Estate. |
| The Halton Moor Estate Management Board undertake various activities on the Estate. These are: - Letting properties via its own community lettings policy, - Rent collection, - Repairs, - Tenancy enforcement; and - Tenant consultation. The EMB members meet regularly with various local agencies on the estate to try and improve the community. Through a full Board meeting and three sub-groups, they discuss issues on the following topics |

| Esate Management and Policy |
| The Estate Management and Estate Strategy Sub-group deals with housing management issues, such as allocations, repairs, tenancy issues and budgets. They also deal with estate development through property and environmental improvements, resident consultation and involvement. |
| Community Safety |
| The Community Safety Sub-group is responsible for producing a comprehensive estate wide safety strategy. Meetings are joint ventures between the neighbourhood Housing Office, the EMB, the Police, Youth Service and other local groups. Their aim is to develop a strategic crime prevention policy, including the provision of an estate wide CCTV system, security grills for selected properties and Secured by Design home and environmental improvement features. |

| Marketing and Publicity Sub-Group |
| This Sub-group up is responsible for positively marketing the estate. This is achieved via the distribution of a locally produced newsletter and, positive press regarding the stages of redevelopment of Halton Moor. |

| COME AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE is the message the Estate Management Board are trying to get across to the people living in Halton Moor. The EMB are actively seeking people who would like to take an active role in regenerating and managing the community.
