Q: Why does this site just have a plain and not very good design?
A: For now I am concentrating on writing what people want, the tutorials!

Q: What is the purpose of this web site, and why?
A: To provide you with the knowledge to construct your own operating system and even understand computers a lot better. Because there isn't much info about this subject all gathered into one place, and I know, like me, some people would like to do this for fun.

A: I have been programming computers for about 2 1/2 years and using them for about 3 years. I have programming experience in many languages and protocols including C, Assembly, PHP, HTTP, and some minor GNU languages.
